However, now we do it again because everything has changed: this <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">motorcycle engine<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> is not electric and does not use gasoline either, but this new fuel that, until recently, was &#8220;illegal.&#8221; We explain what has happened and the reasons why it was considered so.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This motorcycle is zero-emissions, but not electric: futuristic, innovative concept.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Suzuki, <strong>the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer<\/strong>, has recently unveiled a groundbreaking concept that could shape the future of two-wheeled transportation: The focus is on the hydrogen-powered Burgman scooter. This innovative project is truly a leap in making motorcycles more environmentally friendly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One of Suzuki&#8217;s popular models, the Burgman scooter <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">that is<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> customarily designed for practicality and comfort, has <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">taken the shape of<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> a hydrogen-powered vehicle. While the standard fuel cell technology, which underpins hydrogen-provided automobiles, has certain similarities, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Suzuki&#8217;s concept uses internal combustion engine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The middle of this advanced scooter is a <strong>hydrogen fuel tank with a nominal pressure of 70Mpa<\/strong> (10,153 PSI), <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">which is<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> capable of delivering the required energy for movement. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Their claims regarding the scooter and its general performance<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, as well as<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> specific details<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">still need to be made clear.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The first-ever motorcycle hydrogen engine? What Suzuki has achieved<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Transitionalizing from gasoline powered<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> motorbikes to those that use hydrogen has many benefits which might completely transform the <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">market of motorcycles<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">. Hydrogen in its current form presents a <strong>clean and renewable source of energy<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The objective,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> according to Suzuki, was to provide a promising solution to minimize carbon emissions as much as possible to support the continued progress towards a cleaner and greener future.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Suzuki has refused to let go of motorcycles and scooters as a means of transportation,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">At the same time, it seeks to add some <strong>measure of sustainability by replacing fuel with hydrogen<\/strong>. Meanwhile, hydrogen power can also be the solution to the internal combustion engine or even electric cars, where infrastructure for battery charging stations still needs to be improved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The time and distance <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">that is<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> taken for fuelling the vehicle and more so since these vehicles use hydrogen which is more efficient, make the vehicles <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">to be<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> more preferable by the rider.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> The key is to extend the so-called &#8220;range anxiety&#8221; to increase range beyond the psychological barrier of 300 km.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Suzuki Burgman, the first hydrogen motorcycle in history: how it could change everything<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Burgman scooter, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">as<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> powered by hydrogen is a concept being tested at the moment <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">and there<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> are no plans yet for mass production of this type of scooter but the fact that Suzuki is even considering such ideas proves that the automaker is open to change and <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">is<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> willing to embrace the green revolution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Further information is expected to be available from the <strong>upcoming 2024 Japan Mobility Show <\/strong><\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">that<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> is planned to take place from October to November. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Continued with the advancement<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> in the world and the need to go green the motorcycle industry has no option but to change to meet the requirements of the world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In line with this, Suzuki Company has not left behind in this aspect; the <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">hydrogen powered<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Burgman scooter is a clear indication of the company&#8217;s vision and <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">dint in trying<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to make the future.
