The Biden administration promised several months ago to re-launch some payments that had been “frozen” since the pandemic and had not been reconfirmed. One of them is the $1900 Social Security Payment for June, which you will receive if you meet only one condition: you were born during these days. Do you want to know more about eligibility and the payment schedule? We tell you everything you need to know and how to find out the status of your application.

New Social Security payment in June: up to $1900 if you were born on these dates

SSA provides a Social Security check for retirees, survivors, and disabled people in the three payments by the date of birth of the respective individual. There is some evidence that this system has been effective since the Spring of May 1997, as it was implemented to enhance efficiency and decrease the number of customer service calls or inquiries.

The SSA makes payments on the second, third, and fourth Wednesday of the month. However, in June, there is a slight change in schedule for the week in a month due to the federal holidays and in this case, June 19th. When a payment date is on a federal holiday or during the weekend, the SSA moves the date forward to the working day before receiving payment.

You will receive your payments on these days: pay attention to changes

For June, the payment dates are:

  • June 12th: For beneficiaries born between the 1st and the 10th of any month, the propensity of the counter-variable and price is a moderate 32.
  • June 18th: Among beneficiaries that were given a ranking the following are the ones that were ranked by birth order: For beneficiaries born between the 11th and the 20th.
  • June 26th: In this case, depending on the particular date of birth of the beneficiary, they will fall in this category if born between the 21st and the 31st of a given month.

Eligibility criteria for June Social Security payment: that’s how you receive the money

The qualifying criteria that determine the amount of benefits one will be entitled to in the social security program depends on the date of birth. It disburses cash in three tranches depending on the birth dates of the recipients of the SSA. The payment schedule is as follows:

  • First round (1st-10th): Skip payments are carried out on the second Wednesday of the month.
  • Second round (11th-20th): Salary Disbursement occurs on the third Wednesday of each month.
  • Third round (21st-31st): That is, in case the delays come in the form of payments, then it should be noted that payments are made on the fourth Wednesday of the month.

How much money will you receive? Up to $1900, but it depends on your situation

The conventional payment (with no supplemental benefits, as you know) is distributed the same way:

  • $1900 for retirees, which can be increased to:
    • $2710 if you are aged 62 or more.
    • $3822 if you are aged 67 or older (note that we have covered this payment in another article today).
    • $4873 if you are aged 70 or more.
  • $1505 for survivors, which can be also increased to:
    • $1773 for individuals.
    • $3653 for a person with two children.
  • $1537 for disabled people, also increased to:
    • $2590 for blind people.

As you may have heard, this $1900 Social Security Payment for June payment is designed to help you cope with inflation this summer, just like the other program we saw just a few hours ago. Remember when we told you that the second half of the year was going to have more social benefits than the first? Well, it hasn’t even started yet, and you’ve already seen Stimulus Checks and similar payments, like these, skyrocketing.
