Could this much talked about turbine crush home solar power? With more and more homeowners wanting to tap into clean energy power, many affordable clean energy options are being considered. Whenever homeowners go in search of a clean energy option, solar power tends to dominate the conversation.

Solar power has always dominated much of the clean energy talk because up until then a contraption that is able to generate 500 kWh of energy per year had not been introduced. This solution not only steps it up in terms of energy generation but also comes at an affordable price of under $200. Whilst being easily available on popular platforms like Amazon, the Vevor wind turbine will surely turn heads as it allows users the chance to gain access to clean energy so cheaply that not much stress is involved in going down this green energy route again.

Offering an energy alternative affordably

Being priced at a mere $195 or 180 euros, the Vevor wind turbine has established a place of its own in the clean energy game. Offering power of more or less 500 watts, this wind turbine is quite capable of doing better than other traditional wind turbines in a similar range. In fact, Vevor can stand up as a stark contender in comparison to the wind turbines within the 300–400-watt range.

While reduced electricity bills and depending less on the grid is always the reason for initially seeking out alternate energy sources, this wind turbine offers this plus the chance to pay a relatively reasonable price when doing so. However, the wind turbine does not fall short in any regard in terms of its overall quality.

The turbine is operated by a three-phase synchronous motor along with fixed NdFeB magnets to offer reliable power generation while wind conditions are far less than ideal. Energy output control is allowed with the MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) controller. Producing an output of more or less 500 kWh per year allows it to be the right kind of turbine to offer energy to lights, smaller appliances, and even electronics.

The nifty turbine may not be able to power an entire house but can provide significant power to a portion of the home. Even with that ability, the price factor must be considered as it is nothing less than simply amazing.

Made for usage

With such an attractive price, it may be misunderstood that this device is not ready for real life usage. Unlike smaller turbines that are flawed in use or get affected considerably by harsher weather conditions, the Vervor model is able to withstand wear and tear.

Being built from die-cast aluminum, the Vervor is able to hold itself whilst avoiding corrosion due to the weather. As per the Vervor’s structural design, there’s a tail made from stainless steel and coated with a unique paint that makes this wind turbine resistant to moisture and able to resist rust.

Less maintenance cost is also another attractive feature of this model. However, it is not the only reason why homeowners would resort to choosing this model. The turbine tends to work silently which is why this turbine would be preferred to other wind turbines including those wind turbines that have been cut in half.

For those with roof space lacking, this is the perfect solution.

Working alongside solar power

The turbine is a great solution for most households, but it should not be the only solution. Due to it being able to produce 500 kWh of output yearly it cannot match up to the 3,000–10,000 kWh per year that most Americans homes tend to consume. It is a good decision to pair the Vervor up with solar power.

Solar panels are the ideal solution to harness daytime energy. Solar panels are still ideal even though there may be something 1000 times more powerful than solar panels out on the market. This nifty wind turbine will step in where solar panels cannot do its job of energy harnessing. Putting down $200 to invest in Vervor would mean having a clean energy solution for life.
