Who is eligible for this new stimulus checks in Alaska? These are the requirements
To qualify for the $1,300 payment in Alaska, individuals must meet certain criteria set by the government. The main qualifications are:

Must be a full-time resident of Alaska for the entire calendar year prior to applying. Part-time residents do not qualify.

Must have lived in Alaska for a minimum of 12 consecutive months immediately before applying.

Must be at least 1 year old at the time of application. Payments are issued for each eligible resident in a household, including children.

Must complete an official application and provide necessary documentation like tax returns, proof of address, etc. Applications are typically open in January each year.

Income limits do apply. For 2023, the income cap is $175,000 for couples filing jointly and $88,000 for individuals. Earners above these amounts are ineligible.

Felons convicted of a felony in the past year are generally excluded.

Recipients cannot be eligible for other permanent fund dividend programs in Alaska during the same year.
